Students in grades 6–12 are eligible to win.
Eligible students receive one entry for every day they attend. Students must be present Wednesday night to be eligible to receive the car.
Only students currently enrolled in grades 6–12 are eligible for the free car giveaway. Additional giveaway information will be announced on Festival of Hope social media.

Is Festival of Hope free?
Yes. Admission is free all four nights.
Who can attend?
Everyone is invited. Festival of Hope is taking place in Monroe, but it is for individuals and families from across Northeast Georgia and beyond.
What should I bring?
Bring a lawn chair and come prepared for an outdoor event. Small coolers are welcome, and guests may bring their own food, water, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
What is the Festival of Hope venue like?
The American Legion Fairgrounds is an open field with limited facilities. Please plan accordingly for an outdoor event.
Will food or concessions be available?
No. Concessions will not be available at the fairgrounds. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, water, other non-alcoholic drinks, and a small cooler.
Where should I park?
Parking at the American Legion Fairgrounds is limited. Additional parking areas will be available, and shuttles will be provided to transport guests to and from the event.

American Legion Fairgrounds, 1317 E. Church St., Monroe, GA 30655. Open the address in Google Maps.

Are there any fairgrounds rules?
Yes. Per fairgrounds and law enforcement guidelines, please note the following:
- No weapons are allowed on fairgrounds property, including for volunteers.
- Small coolers, outside food, water, and other non-alcoholic drinks are allowed.
- No alcohol.
- No smoking or vaping.
- Please properly dispose of personal trash when leaving the event.
- No pets are allowed.
- Service animals must be properly identified and kept on a leash.
