Doug Elks is an evangelist who travels the world, sharing the good news of Jesus with schools, churches, men’s ministries, community outreach events, and more. He is the founder of Doug Elks Ministries, an evangelistic ministry that serves to preach the Gospel.

Working alongside Will Graham and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Elks has been involved in outreach events such as the Uijeongbu Crusade in South Korea and the Love and Hope Celebrations in Japan. His ministry includes leading team devotionals and presenting the Gospel to youth and men's audiences in different countries.

Prior to stepping into full time ministry, he played D1 college basketball at Western Carolina University and served as a captain on the team. He now uses his testimony and the game of basketball to share the gospel.

In his free time, Doug enjoys challenging physical activities that build faith, endurance, and confidence. Such activities have included half marathons, full marathons, a 50-mile trail race in San Francisco, and the Run Your Race 100-mile Ultramarathon.
